Where do we deliver?

In Europe, Columbia Sportswear ships to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Spain and the United Kingdom.

For each of these countries Columbia has a separate online shop in local currency and language. Please select the online shop of the country where you would like to receive your delivery.

The Columbiasportswear.ie online shop delivers to the Republic of Ireland. Currently we do not deliver to Northern Ireland. You can only have your order delivered within the country of the website where you are placing the order. Therefore, if you want your order to be delivered to another country, you will need to place it on the website of the relevant country using an address located there.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

We work with UPS to make sure that your order is delivered fast and safely.

We try our best to meet the delivery times. However, during busy times (e.g. Black Friday week-end or during sales) these shipping times might be delayed up to 48hours. We do everything in our power to ensure a fast delivery and reduce the shipping time to a minimum.

Free home deliveries for all orders over €80.

 *From Mondays to Fridays. Please allow additional time, required to prepare your order prior to shipment.

Express shipping orders placed on a Monday are dispatched on Tuesday and will be delivered on Thursday at the latest. Express shipping orders placed on a Saturday are dispatched on Monday and will be delivered on Wednesday at the latest.

Please note that our delivery times are estimated and do not take into account any delay due to payment authorization.

Please note that our distribution center is located in the north of France. Thus, it is closed on public holidays in France and cannot process orders on those days. French bank holidays : 1st January, Good Friday and Easter Monday , 1st May, 8th May, Ascension Thursday (May, date varies) , Pentecost Monday (June, date varies) , 14 July, 15 August, 1 November, 11 November, 25 December.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and order tracking link. 

Delivery

For UPS standard or express home delivery , you can find out the delivery date by checking the tracking link . If you are not at home on that day, the carrier will drop off the package at the nearest UPS access point.  We invite you to check tracking of your package to know the address of the relay point where it was delivered.
