I need help printing my return label.

After initiating a return, you will receive an email with the return label. You should then print it out and stick on the returning parcel

If you do not have a printer at home, here are some other options:

• Asking a friend / neighbour, or any person near you who may be able to print the label for you.
• Some UPS Access Points might let you print your label as a favour, so you can see directly with the ones you have near you.
• Going to a local copy shop.
