Returns Procedure

We offer a quick, easy and free returns procedure.

Please start by accessing this page to print your prepaid return label.

Then you can post your return label on the outside of the parcel and bring it to one of the available drop-off points:

• UPS Access Point
• PostNL drop-off point.

You don’t have any Access Points near you?  We can organise a home pick up for your returning parcel. To that end, please contact our customer service and we will be happy to help you. 

Please note that parcels can only be returned from the country where they were delivered.
