What happens if I am not at home when the delivery arrives?

When your order is despatched, an email will be sent to you allowing you to track your order. 

In case of a standard home delivery done by DPD, you will have the possibility to schedule the delivery on the day you prefer thanks to the message that will be sent to the cell phone number you gave us when ordering.

You can choose to have it delivered to your home on a specific date, or to another address, or to a DPD access point. 

For standard or express home delivery done UPS, you will be able to find out the delivery date by checking the tracking link. If you are not home on that day, the carrier will drop off the package at the nearest UPS location. We invite you to check the tracking of your package to find out the address of the UPS point where it was delivered.
