Delivery Information

Where do we deliver?

In Europe, Columbia Sportswear ships to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Spain and the United Kingdom.

For each of these countries, Columbia has a separate online shop in local currency and language. Please select the online shop of the country where you would like to receive your delivery.

The Columbiasportswear.be online shop delivers to Belgium. If you wish delivery to a different European country, please check out our country locator page.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

We work with UPS to make sure that your order is delivered fast and safely. You can choose between standard and express delivery at your home or to one of the UPS Access Point™ locations in your neighborhood for a hassle-free pickup.  

We try our best to meet the delivery times. However, during busy times (e.g. Black Friday weekend or during sales) these shipping times might be delayed up to 48 hours. We do everything in our power to ensure a fast delivery and reduce the shipping time to a minimum.

Free home and UPS Access Point™ deliveries for all orders over 80€.

*Monday to Friday. Please allow extra time for order preparation before shipment.*

Express delivery orders placed on Monday are shipped on Tuesday and delivered by Thursday at the latest. Orders placed on Saturday are shipped on Monday and delivered by Wednesday at the latest.

Please note that our delivery times are estimates and do not account for potential delays due to payment authorization.

Our distribution center is located in northern France and is closed on French public holidays, meaning orders cannot be processed on those dates.
French public holidays: January 1st, Easter Monday, May 1th, May 8th, Ascension Thursday, Whit Monday, July 14th, August 15th, November 1st, November 11th, December 25th.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and order tracking link. 

Delivery

For UPS standard or express home delivery, you can find out the delivery date by checking the tracking link. If you are not at home on that day, the carrier will drop off the package at the nearest UPS access point. We invite you to check tracking of your package to know the address of the relay point where it was delivered.
