Returning your item is simple, fast, and completely free.

Here’s how it works:

Print your prepaid return label by visiting this page 

Attach the label to the outside of your parcel.
Drop off your parcel at a location that’s convenient for you:

• UPS Access Point.
• BPOST drop-off point.

Please note that parcels can only be returned from the country where they were delivered.
