What can I return?
We will gladly accept returns on all purchases made on our website which are in original condition; unworn with tags attached and for footwear with the original box in new conditions.
When can I return?
Returns are accepted within 60 days of the purchase date.

Parcels can only be returned from the country where they were delivered. We do not accept return of online purchases at our stores at this time. Please visit our detailed FAQ page for more information.
When do I get my refund?
The refund of your return takes between 10 to 15 business days once you drop off your returning parcel.
Your parcel will be first delivered to our secondary warehouse in Coventry. Within the following 10-12 business days, the parcel will reach our main warehouse in France. Then your return will be processed in the best delays, and you will receive an email confirmation. Please allow 2-3 additional business days for your credit card refund to reflect on your statement.
How can I exchange an item?
Please note direct exchanges of our products are not possible at this stage. If you need a different size or colour, you will need to return the item back to us for a refund, and then place a new order.
