What happens if I am not at home when the delivery arrives?

When your order is despatched, an email will be sent to you allowing you to track your order and reschedule the delivery if needed.

For UPS standard home delivery , you can find out the delivery date by checking the tracking link . If you are not at home on that day, the carrier will drop off the package at the nearest UPS access point.  We invite you to check tracking of your package to know the address of the relay point where it was delivered.
