Please start by accessing this page to print your prepaid return label.

Then you can post your return label on the outside of the parcel and bring it to one of the available drop-off points.  Please, click on the following link to find the drop-off point of your choice:  Posti drop-off location.

Please note that parcels can only be returned from the country where they were delivered
