When do I get my refund?

The refund of your return takes 15 working days once you drop off your returning parcel.

Your parcel will be first delivered to our secondary warehouse in Finland. Within the following 10-12 days, the parcel will reach our main warehouse in France. Then your return will be processed in the best delays, and you will receive an email confirmation.

Please allow 2-3 additional business days for your credit card refund to reflect on your statement.
